We use PayPal for online payments and will never have access to your credit card details.

Please note: Your credit card transaction will show "PAYPAL *LUCYSYLVESTER" as the merchant.

Non-credit card payments. We are happy to accept UK £ Sterling cheques / postal orders made payable to Lucy Jade Sylvester. Simply print the Order Form and post to the address provided above.

Non-credit card payments from overseas. We accept payment by International Money Order (usually available from your bank) in £ Sterling made payable to Lucy Jade Sylvester. Please print the Order Form and mail to the address provided below.

We accept £ Sterling cash payments in person.

Delivery Time and Shipping Method

As our items are hand made to order, we will advise an expected delivery date on receipt and acceptance of your order.

Purchases for delivery in the UK are despatched by First Class Post.

Non-UK purchases are despatched using standard airmail.

For non-UK destinations, delivery times may vary.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for additional charges (if any) resulting from import taxes / customs duties specific to the destination country. These must be borne by the recipient of the shipment.

We do not accept orders from the countries identified by PayPal as having a high incidence of fraud. These countries have been omitted from our Order Form details.

Delivery Charges

UK: £5.0, Europe: £7.50, Rest of the World: £7.50

This covers the cost of postage and packaging and insurance.

Tax Charges

VAT at the current rate is applies in the price of all purchases for delivery to the UK and other EU countries.

Lucy Jade Sylvester does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

When you order from us or make an enquiry, we will require your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other similar information to enable us to process your request, notify you of acceptance of orders and deliver the goods ordered.

This information will not be used for any other purpose.

Returns Policy

Your right to Cancel

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have bought from us, please return them to us in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.

Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the item(s), and we will arrange to refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.

For all returns, except where the item has been damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For damaged items, the cost of returned postage will be refunded to you and we will despatch a further item(s).

To return any item(s) to us:

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
