Online Payments / Credit Card Security

We use SagePay and PayPal for online payments and will never have access to your credit card details.

Please note: If you pay via PayPal your credit card transaction will show "PAYPAL *LUCYSYLVESTER" as the merchant.

Non-credit card payments. We are happy to accept UK £ Sterling cheques / postal orders made payable to Lucy Jade Sylvester. Simply print the Order Form and post to the address provided above.

Non-credit card payments from overseas. We accept payment by International Money Order (usually available from your bank) in £ Sterling made payable to Lucy Jade Sylvester. Please print the Order Form and mail to the address provided below.

We accept £ Sterling cash payments in person.

Delivery Information

Delivery times can vary depending on the piece or pieces ordered and the work involved to make it. Each piece is made by hand in our Oxfordshire studio and will take between 4-6 weeks to complete from when your order was confirmed.

If you have a piece you require urgently, please email or call the studio, and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

We can prioritise for special occasions!

We sometimes have pieces in stock if working towards a show, so always worth asking, you may get something the next day.

All parcels will require a signature on delivery.

Bespoke orders may take longer, please contact us for details.

UK delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery, this means your order is tracked and insured all the way to you.

Special delivery is a next day delivery service, once the parcel is dispatched.

Europe delivery

All orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, this means your order is tracked and insured all the way to you.

This service aims to deliver between 3 and 5 working days once your parcel is dispatched.

IMPORTANT: Buyer responsible for all taxes, any VAT, customs duties applicable to their locality.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for additional charges (if any) resulting from import taxes / customs duties specific to the destination country. These must be borne by the recipient of the shipment.

Rest of the World delivery

All orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, this means your order is tracked and insured all the way to you.

This service aims to deliver between 3 and 5 working days once your parcel is dispatched.

IMPORTANT: Buyer responsible for all taxes, any VAT, customs duties applicable to their locality.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for additional charges (if any) resulting from import taxes / customs duties specific to the destination country. These must be borne by the recipient of the shipment.

We do not accept orders from the countries identified by SagePay or PayPal as having a high incidence of fraud.

Delivery Charges

UK: £5.00 (Gift voucher postage is £2.00). Europe: £7.50. Rest of the World: £7.50.

This covers the cost of postage and packaging and insurance.

Please note that for wholesale orders, delivery information differs from the above.

Tax Charges

Lucy Sylvester is not currently VAT registered.

The Information We Need and How We Use It

Lucy Jade Sylvester does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

When you order from us or make an enquiry, we will require your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other similar information to enable us to process your request, notify you of acceptance of orders and deliver the goods ordered.

This information will not be used for any other purpose.

Returns Policy

Your right to Cancel

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have bought from us, please return them to us in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.

Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the item(s), and we will arrange to refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.

For all returns, except where the item has been damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For damaged items, the cost of returned postage will be refunded to you and we will despatch a further item(s).

To return any item(s) to us:

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please Pack the item(s) safely, enclose the invoice and send back to the address below.
