Jewellery Care
Each piece of jewellery is made by hand in Lucy's Oxfordshire studio, slight variations in the designs are part of the organic quality of the work.
The designs have two finishing processes, a high polish and a dark oxidised patina before a final polish.
The dark oxidisation darkens the recesses and adds definition, highlighting the very high fine details.
The Oxidised pieces should only be cleaned with a precious metal polishing cloth, or warm water and soap.
Precious metal cleaning dip can be used on the polished pieces, depending on any stones that are set. If you are unsure please use a precious metal polishing cloth.
Over time the oxidised pieces will naturally become more burnished, should you wish your jewellery re-oxidized, the studio offers a re-oxidising service for £20 which includes return postage.
Please post your piece to the studio address by Royal Mail special delivery, or international secure post so your jewellery is tracked and insured.
