Kew Gardens Bespoke Turners Oak Collection is only available in their London Shop or via the Kew Gardens website.
This collection was inspired by the iconic 200 year old oak tree that was struggling in the 1980's.
In 1987 a great storm swept across the UK, damaging many trees. It uprooted Turners Oak, and instead of damaging it as everyone thought, resurrected it, the soil was aerated, enabling water and air to reach the roots again.
The soil had become compacted by people walking, it had been killing the tree.
A true symbol of strength and growth.
