18ct Gold Moth Necklace with Uncut Ruby and Diamonds SOLD

We do work to commission creating other one of a kind pieces.
Two gold moths hold a beautiful raw ruby.
The ruby is uncut and set in gold around with 3 small uncut diamonds.
The moths are cast from life, the wing veins and finest textures are retained from the original natural form which continues on the reverse.

The moths wing to wing are just under 5.5 cm in diameter, the width 1.8 cm.

Photographs can't convey the beautiful weight of this piece.

The necklace is designed to be worn on the collar bone, it can be worn 16" or 18" unless requested otherwise.

Handmade in Oxfordshire, it carries a Birmingham hallmark.
